At our special education school campus in Tampa, Pepin Academies is committed to providing exceptional student education for students with learning disabilities. Our campus is a place where students can embrace their individuality, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Pepin Academies’ Tampa campus was our first campus established in 1999, originally sharing space with a local church and eventually moving to its current location in East Tampa. Currently serving over 350 students in grades 3-12, this campus provides comprehensive family resources, a transition program, an athletics program, an arts program, and various clubs. Our ESE Certified teachers and compassionate staff members work closely with students to identify and address their unique learning needs. Through individualized education plans, specialized instruction, and ongoing support, we ensure that every student receives the attention and resources they require to thrive academically and personally. FAQs

What are the Before Care/After Care hours?

Before Care is offered from 7:00-7:30AM for $2.00/day.
After Care is provided by After School All Stars until 6:00PM at no charge.
Both programs require registration, auto-draft authorization for payments is required for Before Care.

What are the front office hours?

Our office is open from 7:30AM-4:00PM

How can I view my child’s grades?

What sports are offered?

What is the make-up work policy?

A student who is absent is permitted to make up work missed. Parent or student must make arrangements to pick up work. The student is allowed the total number of days they were absent to make up work that was missed during an absence. If the student misses a participation activity, they will be provided with an opportunity to complete an alternate assignment. If the alternate assignment is not submitted, the student will not receive participation credit for the days they missed class.

I will never forget the day I met Dr. Butz, Mikayla had struggled all through elementary school. No one understood her and no one was willing to listen. At the interview he made me, and Mikayla feel heard for the first time he made us feel like we weren’t alone anymore and her disability. Pepin Academies has been a lifesaver for my family. Mikayla would’ve never made it to this day without all the amazing staff, specialists, and teachers that the school has. We chose Pepin Academies because our daughter was struggling in a traditional school setting with reading, writing, confidence, and anxiety, and we wanted a school that would truly support her individual learning needs. Pepin has helped our daughter succeed both academically and emotionally. Her reading has improved tremendously this year, and the growth she has made has exceeded our expectations.
