All students must be registered in our Before/After Care program and have a payment method set up for automatic payments to attend. Registration and payment set-up can be completed at any time during the school year.
- Before Care: 7:00AM-7:30AM
- After Care: 3:30PM-6:00PM
- Early Release Day After Care: 12:30PM-6:00PM
Before Care is $2.00 per day After Care is $11 per day regardless of the amount of time the student is present. Payments will be drafted bi-weekly. If payment is rejected for any reason your child will be withdrawn from the program immediately. The parent/guardian is responsible for any fees assessed due to insufficient funds. Students with a past-due balance will not be permitted to attend field trips until the full balance is paid.
Students picked up late will be charged as follows:
- $1 per minute for the first 5 minutes
- $2 per minute for each additional minute
- Three late pick-ups may result in your child being removed from the aftercare program.
Students in After Care will receive a light snack and drink each day.
Help with homework will be available if needed.
All standard school rules apply and will be followed during Before/Aftercare. Failure to comply with school rules may result in dismissal from the program.
All students must be checked out by an authorized adult. Only adults listed on the student’s before/aftercare registration will be allowed to pick up the student.
School Nutrition Program
Pepin Academies is an approved sponsor and participates in the National School Breakfast/Lunch Program. All students may receive free breakfast and free lunch. Our school lunch program offers a wide variety of food items; however, if your child is not eating during lunch, we respectfully ask that you provide food items they will eat from home.
Students who wish to purchase an additional meal will be charged $4.25
A la carte drinks and snacks are also available. Students must have funds in their breakfast/lunch account in order to make a purchase.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/USDA-OASCR%20P-Complaint-Form-0508-0002-508-11-28-17Fax2Mail.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

Pepin PTO (Parent Teacher Organization)
The PTO is an organization made up of parents, grandparents, Pepin family members, teachers, and staff all working together to support the school and students. Joining the PTO is the first step to becoming involved in your child’s school. Striving to build a strong partnership between families, teachers, and staff to provide students with the best possible learning experience and maybe even a few fun memories to take with them along the way.
The PTO plays an important role in making sure that students, teachers, and staff have what they need to make each year the best it can be. Leading events geared toward building a sense of community within our school, fundraising for our school’s needs, and providing a welcoming educational environment. There are plenty of ways to be involved, teacher appreciation activities, school improvement projects and volunteering at various events throughout the year.

What is bullying?
Bullying is systematically and chronically inflicting physical hurt or psychological distress on one or more students or staff members and may involve but is not limited to teasing; social exclusion; threat; intimidation; stalking, including cyberstalking; physical violence; theft; sexual, religious, or racial harassment; public humiliation; and destruction of property.
